People come to therapy for many reasons, maybe you are feeling stuck in some part of your life, like relationships, employment, use of substances, or asking "who am I?" after becoming a parent and are trying to figure out how to get "unstuck". Or maybe you just have a sense that "life could feel better than this" but not sure what next steps to take.
In my work as a therapist, you will find my sessions as a place to vulnerable and explore the more intimate parts of your story, and I tend to also humor and levity in the complexity of the human experience. I will support you to tap into the strength you need to handle the challenges you are experiencing. I enjoy diving into the tough conversations about the role our identities have on our experiences in this world. I deeply appreciate the rich tapestry of the human experience and our unique journey's. Together we can identify the tools and supports you need to feel more connected, fulfilled and heading in the right direction.
If any of the following resonate for you, we might be a great fit.
-Trying to find your identity after becoming a parent. Asking yourself "Who am I now?". Navigating finding yourself again and how to balance parenting and being a person.

Walk and Talk/ Nature focused therapy
What is Walk and Talk?
- Walking in nature while doing talk therapy
- We can walk fast or slow
- We don't have to walk the whole time; sit on the benches, smell the flowers, throw rocks into the creek.
- Benefits of walk and talk supports improved focus, mood, connection with self and others, as well a reduction in rumination and stress. It is a wonderful type of moving meditation rather than a still mediation.
